INSTALLATION:
Requires installation of the Graph Analysis Toolbox available at:
http://eslab.bu.edu/software/graphanalysis

To use any scripts contained in this set, just add the main directory of the 
Graph Analysis Toolbox to your MATLAB path and either run MATLAB from the directory 
in which you unpack this tarball or add that directory to your MATLAB path.
